Rate per sq ft for Phase II is Rs. 4850/-and escalation of Rs.25 per floor from 3rd floor onwards . In 2nd phase car parking is not mandatory with every flat and the rate is Rs 5 lacs for open car parking.

The price of Pent house is Rs 5500 per sqft. & for penthouse only open carparking is mandatory .The rate of open carparking is RS 6 Lacs.
